We are thrilled to announce that Poznań Event Hub (venue), Poznań University of Life Sciences (host), and Miasto Poznań have been selected as the organizers of one of Europe’s most important food science and technology conferences – EFFoST 2026, organized by European Federation of Food Science and Technology (EFFoST).

The decision was officially announced during this year’s EFFoST event in Porto, Portugal. From November 4–6, 2026, Poznań Congress Center will welcome over 800 experts, scientists, and practitioners from across Europe, representing key areas in food science and technology.

For years, EFFoST has been fostering knowledge exchange and innovation in the food sector. The organization enables scientists, engineers, technologists, policymakers, and entrepreneurs to collaborate, develop solutions, and bring cutting-edge research into practical application.
