Poznań Event Hub is an umbrella brand for 5 venues operated by Grupa MTP, and experienced congress and trade show organiser with over one hundred years of experience. The largest event center in Central and Eastern Europe, Poznań Event Hub is the leading event and congress venue in the region, hosting over 100 events annually and welcoming more than one million participants.

13 modern exhibition halls with 131 000 m2 of indoor and outdoor exhibition space, Poznan Congress Center housing a plenary hall for 1800 pax and 24 conference rooms ranging from 20 to 1200pax, we offer one of the largest and most versatile venues in the region.

Our state-of-the-art exhibition halls and Poznań Congress Center provide the perfect setting for mega-events and large-scale international gatherings. Each hall is thoughtfully designed to ensure optimal conditions for exhibitors and event organizers. Our offer also includes spaces for more intimate gatherings. Port Sołacz Hotel and Restaurant– a synonym for hospitality, good taste and harmony – is located in one of the most beautiful parks of Poznań. It is an ideal place for intimate corporate meetings as well as exclusive banquets. We are also the operator of Hipodrom Wola – a green area located far from the hustle and bustle of the city, where picnics, sporting events and concerts can be held with participants surrounding by nature.

First-class solutions for conference organisers – secure on-site registration, catering and six in-house restaurants, a production and TV studio, AV an ICT support, Organiser’s Office, auxiliary staff, on-site printing, set and stage design and construction
A flexible approach to bookings and contracts – when you organise an event with us, we provide 80% of services, which gives us flexibility when managing the contract details of your event
Flexible design of halls and conference rooms to deliver events of all shapes and sizes to our clients
Cybersecurity services
#virtualEvents – a solution for a fully or partially online conference. Any of our venue spaces can be converted into a professional hybrid studio, using our onsite high-spec equipment, experienced technicians and reliable internet connections
High –speed WIFI internet service in the entire Congress venue- free of charge for allcongress participants. An alternative to a wireless WiFi Internet network is to order fixed Internet connections in RJ45 standard with guaranteed bandwidth of 10Mb/s, 50Mb/s or 100Mb/s. In case of non-standard demand, we will prepare an individual offer for you.
Garden City restaurants and catering – Grupa MTP has and in-house catering company providing the serivice during all of the events that are taking place on our grounds
Transportation - Poznań city has an extensive public transport network that can be provided free of charge for congress and event participants.

Our experience

Our convenient location, vast experience and excellent infrastructure allows us to organize events of different style and size: congresses, business trade fair, concerts, theatre plays, megaevents, sports events.

Additionally, in 2027, together with the Ministry of Economic Development and Technology, European Space Foundation (Host Organization), Polish Space Agency, city of Poznań, Poznań Convention Bureau and The Way (the producer of Impact) we will organize the International Astronautical Congress IAC 2027, at which we expect around 10 000 participants.
